Cancellations and rescheduling is accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. We allow a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive later than 15 minutes we may not have the time available to complete your full service.
